So I always wanted to become in a really Good shape because when I was younger I Was a complete loser right I wanted to Know what is the perfect diet and health And muscle gain for weight loss and to To build muscle so I can essentially Become confident because when I was Younger man I was a skinny little Asian Kid that I was afraid to go to swimming Pool parties because I was freaking Skinny right I felt like a loser I had No confidence in my body and my entire Life I was constantly like in the Bodybuilding.com forums I was constantly Trying to find out what diet or what Health could actually go and succeed and Ever since I was younger I just thought Well if I'm in a good shape maybe I Could go and attract that girl or maybe Men would actually respect me because no One freaking respected me when I was Younger man I think you understand as a Little Asian kid that had an accent that Had that had no idea what style would Look cool had no idea how to go ahead And become someone that was actually Respected do you understand that my Physicality was one of the first things That I focus on to become a person that Was comfortable in my own skin because I Was so freaking skinny man I was so Freaking skinny and I knew that if I Could just get in a better body if I Just understood the diet and I didn't

Just eat the the rice that my bum was Freaking feeding me all the time maybe I Could actually go out and succeed And again it was like an entire journey Of literally getting the point where I'm Really good and confident in my own skin Where I'm constantly shredded 24 7. Where I'm constantly going around people Like how did you get that freaking Vascularity in your freaking bicep and It's because I just figured out the Perfect diet for my health for for Example muscle gain and fat loss so this Is literally my entire story right so my Story when I was a skinny ass little Asian kid was when I was younger I read That fat would kill you and sugar would Kill you so when I was freaking young Anything that had fat I wouldn't eat Right I remember eat like looking at the Meat and I was like oh that's fat that Might kill me so I had this poor Education for what was actually healthy And what wasn't I was afraid of fat I Was afraid of fat and because of that And no one freaking educated me on what Was healthy and what's not my entire Life I was freaking skinny man there's Loaded pictures of me where I was so Damn freaking skinny where it was just Freaking pathetic where you look at that And you're like This is a pathetic person that was me I Was a pathetic person because I just I

Wasn't educated right I was afraid I was Right on the sugar but I wasn't right on The fat right This was actually pretty pretty hard Because you know I wanted to get a Better body obviously so I could just Get the girls there was like this big Mexican guy right this big Mexican guy Uh in in middle school and there's this One girl like I had this big freaking Crush on her and she she had a swimming Pool party and I was like damn I'm gonna Look weird in this bathing suit so I Remember leading up to this this uh Swimming pool party I was doing all These push-ups I was doing all these Setups thinking that I was like Magically gonna go ahead and and just Get jacked overnight right and I was so Afraid to take my shirt off I'm so Afraid to take my shirt off I was like Oh my God and there's this one guy he Was like this big room Mexican guy I Don't know if it was like genetics or Whatever but he was like in a good shape And I was like damn this guy is in sixth Grade he looks like that I remember all These girls would go up to this guy he'd Be like oh my God like look how strong You are and I was just like in the Corner just holding my skinny ass little Body just just like hating myself being Angry at myself on why I never focus on On becoming a person that had like this

Nice physicality that like you know People could actually go ahead and Respect And I got freaking angry man I got so Angry I got so angry and I wanted to go Ahead and figure it out so obviously Around this period of time right the Obvious thing in that moment was like I Just gotta start bulking so I remember Eating freaking like crazy I was eating Potatoes and chicken and weight gainer And creatine I was doing eating like big Ass meals like five or six a day right And that freaking sucks because I know Energy I was constantly lethargic I Constantly was breaking out at all these Freaking pimples and like I wasn't Attracting anyone I just became like Heavy to the point where I was snoring While awake like I remember I was like In church with me my mom my dad my Sister right and my sister was like why Are you breathing so freaking heavy I Was just sitting and I was just I it Wasn't unhealthy because everyone saw You eat eat eat eat especially in the Olden days it's like eat five or six Meals a day I was just shoving my face With food just so that I could gain Freaking weight was that in good shape No I was not I was just freaking heavy I Was unhealthy I started snoring very Loud because as I was laying on my back I was essentially suffocating from the

Fat on my body and I realized that that Wasn't essentially the way that was in The way now what has changed in my diet Right let's actually go over like the Framework of how I actually go ahead and Eat right because I don't have like a Typical diet right I can tell you this I Can eat pretty much anything and I'll Still be in freaking amazing shape but It's more so in my mindset that comes With for example my diet and eating and I tell you this I will not eat food Until I felt like I deserved it so today Right today it's like what 10 a.m I have Not eaten food yet because quite frankly I do not feel like I deserved it yet Back in the day in order to go ahead and Deserve your food you have to go out There and hunt for it you got to go Ahead and do hard work you got to go Ahead and struggle and go through Challenge and pain to hunt something That you can go ahead and bring back Home to your friends and your family Right and then there was this huge Celebration oh my God they went and they Got this thing now we can survive Another day but yeah every single Morning you know I remember when I was Younger I would wake up and I would just Eat cereal I didn't earn that right but I would wake up and eat some eggs and Bacon I didn't deserve that right do you Understand that back in the day there

Was no 7-Eleven there was no you know Wendy's there was no freaking McDonald's Breakfast right We're eating before we actually deserve It so one of my biggest mindsets that I Have is I will not eat until I deserve It how do I deserve it well I can tell You this before I actually eat this is What I do I'll go ahead and create Contact a little be like this is me Getting more resources creating more Content making building more audiences Making more money cool did that well What else will I do I will not eat until I walk at least for an hour on the Treadmill right so I literally every Single day when I'm on my phone I Realize an hour goes by just looking at Messages so I realized what if I just Compare that was just walking on a Freaking treadmill walking on a freaking Treadmill every single one kilometer Right because I'm in Europe so I forgot How to do miles and feed and all that Stuff but every single one kilometer I'll literally go to the pull-up station Here in the place that I live at and I'll go ahead and do 10 and 15 pull-ups Right so then by the time I eat I've Already focused on my business made a Bunch of money and I walked and did a Bunch of Pull-Ups so that when I eat man It feels so good it feels so good and I'm generally eating something as simple

Is if even if it was like six eggs with No salt I would generally love and taste It and be so grateful for it just Because I actually deserved it it's the Exact same thing for dinner I don't eat Dinner until I deserved it until I do More deep work until I go ahead and for Example walk more steps for another hour I probably average two hours a day Walking and already I'm like in one of The best shapes of my life right because I don't eat until I fully deserve it and If you literally don't eat until you Actually fully deserve it you're Literally gonna go ahead and start doing Harder things right the problem most People why they're unhealthy is because They eat before they actually deserve it They wake up and they don't do anything Hard and they eat a bunch of cereal a Bunch of oatmeal a bunch of carbs and That's why their body looks like crap Right I only eat when I truly feel like I deserve it does that make sense The other thing that I ended up doing is I tried many different diets that worked For me right so again our stomachs are Complicated as hell your stomach is not The same as mine your stomach can take One diet more so than my stomach can Make one diet because of just our DNA Our ancestry where we were where we were Raised where our lineage is me being a Filipino right our our people just kind

Of adapted completely different than Someone that was like living somewhere Else where some you know ethnicities Have better ways to go and process Certain things like vegetables or Certain vegetables while other ones will Literally just get bloated and start Getting very gassy and their farts smell Like really really bad so I tested it All right I tested being vegan and it Was great because I was trying to go After the vegan girls don't ask me why I Was going after the vegan adults but for Some reason like I was attracted to Vegan girls when I was first moving to Bali then I tried car before I was like Let me just eat only meat and animal Organs and and like and all these things And I was like let me just go ahead and Try this it was weird because I've never Had you know for example like goat liver Before but it just one thing that I Ended up testing and I started testing Both like all the things I would Naturally go in and do you got to go Ahead and test okay Now you know it actually works is if you Generally feel good if you don't feel Brain fog and you feel like you actually Have a control of your mind but if you Feel lethargic if you like you have Little energy the food that you're Probably eating is probably not good for You that cheese the bread the pizza the

Freaking fried foods right that's Probably not good for you right and Obviously it's hard to think when you're Not eating Wholesome foods right so I've Tried literally everything so now what I Do is I eat mostly good Quality Meats Vegetables healthy carbs like sweet Potatoes and avocados like two or three Times per day only after I do something That deserves it that's essentially it Sometimes if I feel like I don't deserve Food right I'll only eat like six eggs Six eggs that's it like oh I'm just Gonna eat eggs for today completely Boring because I didn't do anything that Moved me forward in life again if you Only uh just adopt the mindset of I will Only eat until I deserve it you will Actually start doing things that make You actually deserve the food kind of Like what we did back in the day because It's either you deserved it or in the Back of the day you literally starve and Die right Again the other thing is I do things That are sustainable not diets that are Trending so right now I only eat in the Way that I can see myself eating in the Future I'm not going to go ahead and get Into this diet Trend that's not Sustainable right like because why Because the thing about a good health And a good body and a lean body where You feel good in your skin and you feel

Sexy without your freaking clothes is Doing something that's very consistent Do you know how easy it is for me to Freaking go on my phone for an hour do You know how easy it is to just Accidentally walk for an hour because I'm so glued in my phone with all these Dopamine hits and I look down at the Treadmill I'm like damn I freaking Walked four kilometers that's the way How my mom lost weight right like back In the day she loved watching TV like Her Filipino soap operas but she would Just spend time just you know freaking On the couch and being in in not a good Shape but then she was like oh well what If I just you know watch soap operas While on the treadmill and before you Know it she accidentally walks so much Because she was she was in the zone of Watching her Filipino soap operas it's Exactly me with my phone man I could be In my zone for hours why not I just Tricked myself I just freaking walk While I'm at it that's sustainable for Me because I know I'm gonna go ahead and Go on the phone Another thing that's sustainable is I Like like for example ordering meal prep Food right because I just get a bunch of Like liver and like all these organs Because they're good for you and like All these things because I don't have to Think the food just comes and I

Essentially just eat it right and that's Sustainable for me and then maybe on the Weekend I might just eat whatever it is That I freaking want but the habits that I've developed even just the freaking Walking has helped so much has helped so Much and not only that I'm doing all These voice memos and I'm telling all These people and all these people around Me are also getting healthy if you just Did that thing alone and you even had a Crap diet you would literally get fat Loss do you understand that many times The reason why the fat loss that you Have isn't essentially that you're Eating bad it's just because you're not Moving enough man but you're spending an Hour or two on your phone so why don't You spend an hour or two on your phone While you're freaking walking does that Make sense right another thing that I go Ahead and do is I eat for function not Taste yeah it doesn't mean I'll eat some Like dessert every now and then but for The most part especially when I'm in Like for example this mode of just Working I like working crazy for three Weeks and for one week I like going Doing some crazy stuff like all around The world maybe I could go towards down Some hedonistic behaviors maybe I could Go ahead and go just party like freaking Crazy but for three weeks I generally Just eat for function not taste right do

You understand that many of the food That I eat is freaking cold because I'll Do this like meal prep thing and the Food just comes and I don't have time to Freaking eat it because my day is very Efficient so I'll literally eat like Cold ass food like the food that I eat Isn't good it's not good because I know That food is nothing but fuel for my Mind to actually attack the world and Grow businesses and become someone and Become someone that that grows and is Respected by other people and and just Does something that is good right like I Don't eat food because it tastes good That is the dumbest thing you can do all I eat this because it tastes good that Just means you have no control over your Mind You have no control over your mind and That explains why you have no results in The gym that explains why you have no Results in your dating life that Explains that you have no results in Your business because you do not control Your mind if you cannot control it Something is what food you put in your Mouth then how can you control your life How can you control your business how Can you control your Fitness how can you Have a good relationship when you can't Even control yourself right you have no Self-control You start learning how to actually

Control what you actually put in your Mouth you could actually control all Other aspects of your life another one Is I eat a lot of organs If you look at the animals and they want To go ahead and like hunt something the First thing that they go after is the Heart and the liver because it's the Most nutrient dead so guess what I Probably eat in my meal prep plan I'm Like yo can you go ahead and send animal Hearts and animal livers to me because That's like what the wolves eat so That's really what I'm going to do so Every single day like I have you know Animal Origins right I try the like Carnivore diet and I realize most of the Nutrition comes from organs that's Essentially my daily vitamins right as Well as like I limit grains grains you Know somewhere it's not really Essentially good for you you get very Gassy it messes up your stomach I just Limit as much grains as possible yeah it Doesn't mean I won't eat a hamburger Because I like hamburgers but remember I Don't eat for taste I eat for function I Don't eat much grains I don't eat much Breads I don't eat much of those things It's just like it's unnatural right it's Literally unnatural right Is that essentially good for your Stomach and another one is I don't eat Anything that was not alive at one point
